Faux Silk Technique

Step by Step

Cut base cardstock and score in half

Run through Big Shot with Card Base Pop N Cuts

Stamp swirl from Kindness Matters on bottom front of card

Stamp Forever and Always on inside of card – set aside

Stamp Pleasant Poppy in middle of white tissue paper with Stazon Jet Black ink

Carefully color in poppies with Summer Starfruit marker, or use blender pen w/ink pad

Crumple up tissue paper

Apply Anywhere Glue to entire surface of piece of Whisper White cardstock

Gently unfold tissue paper and apply to the glued surface

Trim overhanging edges with scissors

Mat and layer onto card front with Dimensionals

Big Shot; Card Base Pop N Cuts; Whisper White and Basic Black card stock; Pleasant Poppies, Kindness Matters, Loving Thoughts stamp sets; Jet Black Stazon ink; Anywhere Glue Stick and Dimensionals
