Flowering Cactus

Flowering Cactus "life can get prickly"

Looking for something new this spring? Try out the Flowering Cactus Product Medley! It’s a kit with endless possibilities. Get coordinating stamps, paper, dies and accessories and create whatever you want. And there’s even a refill kit when you run out of the consumables.

What’s included in the Flowering Cactus Product Medley? A full-size photopolymer stamp set of 15 pieces. The stamp set features images of cacti and blossoms, as well as some great sentiments. How appropriate at the moment are the sentiments:

“Life can get kinda prickly” and “I’m always here for you.”

To go with the stamp set is a collection of coordinating dies. Some dies cut the stamped images, others provide embossed details and additional highlights.

Inside your Flowering Cactus box find eight sheets of each of the six different double-sided designs for a total of 48 sheets of 6” x 6” Designer Series paper. One of the sheets contains images for die cutting.

Of course, no product medley is complete without some great embellishments and this one doesn’t disappoint. The two reels of linen thread are so useful. Both reels are 10 yards long in two great colors, Calypso Coral and Natural. Also included are 8 sheets of die cut felt flowers – 4 in Calypso Coral and 4 in Highland Heather. These adorable little felt blossoms have white stitched detail.

Calypso Coral Flowering Cactus Card

The beautiful Designer Series Paper does all the work in the background. And I love the detail from the embossing die on the Calypso Coral banner. The flowers are stamped and die cut.

Mossy Meadow Flowering Cactus Card

Use the small “prickles” die to cut into the Mossy Meadow card base. Color the background of the circle with Crumb Cake and Seaside Spray Stampin’ Blends. Die cut the cactus from the Designer Series Paper and add felt flowers.
