And while I chose to make this Z-fold card into a calendar stand, this base can also be turned into a greeting card, I can see a version made as a birthday card. Swap out 2026 for the year the birth year. Replace the mini calendar with a die cut focal point, and voilà! I’ll make one eventually and update this post below.
