Today I’m sharing tips for creating a beautiful set of coordinated cards that’ll have you ready for everything from birthdays to thank-you notes with this All Occasion Card Set. The best part? They all nest perfectly in a custom box that makes gifting them a breeze. Let’s get started!
I used the Merry Tags & More Add-On dies to cut out a gold foil fern. I chopped up one of the blackberry branches from the Notes from the Heart Paper Pumpkin Kit for this Get Well Soon card. And I removed the outer white edge on the floral/leaf element as well. Blackberry Bliss ink provides great contrast for the greeting.
The die cut tag from the Add-On dies creates a perfect background to layer elements. And the greeting covers up the rough edges of the chopped apart floral element.
Dimensionals applied to just the top portion of the fern add more depth. And I used the negative from a die cut fern to stencil a matching envelope.
I used full-sized elements for this lovely thank you card. And again, dimensionals just behind the floral part of the image creates depth. And the inside of the card also has a stenciled fern.
Two die cut ferns from the add-ons, one cut from the kit envelope and one cut from gold foil provide a backdrop. I trimmed the single flower from the large floral. Then I adhered part of it behind and part of it overlapping the greeting.
