‘Tis the season for holiday gift giving . . . which means you’re going to need lots of gift tags!!! To get you started, here are two Christmas tags.
Both tag bases use Crumb Cake cardstock (4.25” x 2”) as the base and the Scalloped Tag Topper punch. Tags are sponged around the edges with Soft Suede ink.
Tag on Left: Star of Light stamp set, Early Espresso ink, Starlight Thinlits dies, Sparkle Glimmer Paper, Clear Wink of Stella, GoldMetallic Pearl, Linen Thread and Gold Metallic Thread.
Tag on Right: Wishing You Well (2018 Holiday Catalog), Cherry Cobbler Ink, Seasonal Layers Thinlits dies, Silver Foil sheet, Clear Wink of Stella, Clear Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Linen Thread, Cherry Cobbler Festive Farmhouse Cotton Twine (2018 Holiday Catalog).

In addition to decorating packages, try using Christmas tags as a design element for a card:
For the card, start with the same basic tag as above, and use Soft Suede ink to sponge color around edges and stamp the dots from the Timeless Textures stamp set. Cut 2” x ¾” piece of Call Me Clover In Color 6” x 6” DSP and 1” x 2” piece from Lovely Lipstick In Color 6” x 6” DSP. Use the Triple Banner punch to create the banner. Sponge both pieces of DSP with Soft Suede Ink and adhere to tag. Sponge edges of tree and card layer (see below).
Card: Crumb Cake card stock (8-1/2” x 5-1/2” scored at 4-1/4”); Whisper White card stock (5-1/4” x 4”), Softly Falling embossing folder. (NOTE: Sentiment is from a retired set – Tags & Trimmings, 2017 Holiday Catalog.)
Tag: Sheet Music background stamp, Whisper White card stock, Nature’s Roots Framelits die (tree), Silver Foil, Seasonal Layers Thinlits dies (snowflakes), Clear Rhinestones Basic Jewels, 5/8” Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon, Festive Farmhouse Cotton Twine (Cherry Cobbler from 2018 Holiday Catalog). Adhere to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
