Jazz up any treat by making it into a Christmas Treat Slider in under 15 minutes. I used the gorgeous Expressions in Ink designer series paper for my popcorn slider. Click here for the supplies I used. No need to be precise in measuring the paper. Place treat on sheet of paper and eyeball it to trim enough off both ends to hide the ends of the treat and to wrap around the treat, leaving just a little extra. Add strong double-sided adhesive to seal the overlap and the bottom end. TIP: Don’t wrap paper too tight, as the treat won’t slide easily. Seal the seam first, then the end. Watch my Instagram reel to see it in action.
Punch hole through both layers on the open end. Wrap a length of ribbon around the treat and slide treat into open end of slider.
Pull ribbon through holes and tie a knot. What will you wrap into a Christmas Treat Slider? Candy bars, licorice packs, gum…the list is endless.
