I embossed the background layer with the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder as it reminded me a bit of waves. I diecut a circle from another freebie, Simply Marbleous 6″x6″ designer series paper that comes with 8 sheets each of six colors. Metallic Mesh ribbon and Silver Epoxy Essentials add a bit of sparkle.
I stamped my cheerful otter directly on the designer series paper. Then I stamped him again on a scrap of Basic White and colored him in with the Cinnamon Cider and Bronze Blends. I fussy cut my otter and popped him up on dimensionals.
