Stamp and create Four Cards from a One Sheet Wonder! And even better, my color palette turns a holiday-themed stamp set into year round use. Collage stamping your own one sheet wonder is a fabulous way to mass produce cards quickly and easily. Let’s get started!
step by step instructions one sheet wonder
I began with a sheet of Peach Pie cardstock cut down to 7/1-2″ x 10″. Then I inked my first image from Golden Greenery in White Craft ink and stamped four times near the center in all four directions. I inked the matching two-step image in Wild Wheat and stamped over the top of the four white craft ink images. Stamp one of the medium smudgy images from Of Art & Texture in full strength Wild Wheat four times. Next I chose the pine branch image, inked in Copper Clay, stamped off, and added it multiple times along the ‘lines’ first created.
For texture, I inked the words from Queen Bee in Lemon Lolly and randomly stamped along the lines. Next I inked two of the little sprigs from Planted Paradise in Peach Pie, randomly stamping multiple times at full strength and sometimes at half strength. Then I inked the berries from Golden Greenery with Daffodil Delight and went to town stamping them all over. To finish things off, I flicked Copper Clay ink from a Stampin’ Marker all over the piece.
Optional: To go over the top, create a second sheet with less stamping to use for the insides of the cards. Technically a two sheet wonder!!
assembling the four cards
I cut the cardstock into four equal pieces measuring 3-3/4″ x 5″ each. Each was matted on Basic White 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ and layered onto a Copper Clay standard card base.
Sentiments from Everyday Greetings suit each occasion in Copper Clay ink. And I diecut the tags with the Greetings of the Season dies. A bit of linen thread tied in a bow or nested behind a plain strip sentiment finishes off the cards.
