Instructions for Summertime Watermelon Card
Punch a circle from another scrap of Whisper White cardstock with the 2″ Circle Punch. Punch another circle from a scrap of Whisper White cardstock with the 2 1/4″ Circle Punch. Center the 2″ circle over the 2 1/4″ circle and sponge a rind of Granny Apple Green cardstock. Stamp the line image from Tropical Chic in Shaded Spruce randomly around the rind. Remove the 2″ circle and sponge the Flirty Flamingo ink inside the rind. Stamp the seeds from Tropical Chic in Memento ink over the Flirty Flamingo watermelon center. Cut the watermelon circle in half.
Cut a frame from the green Noble Peacock Foil using two of the scalloped Layering Squares dies. The outside frame measures 2 1/4″ square. The inside measures 1 3/4″.
Cut a Whisper White layer with the Stitched Rectangle die measuring 3 x 4 5/16″. Layer the Whisper White rectangle over the Granny Apple Green rectangle. Flick ink from the Granny Apple Green marker on the white layer with your finger. Stamp the vegetation in Shaded Spruce on the white layer. Adhere the two layers to the card front as shown. Put dimensionals on the back of the foil frame and adhere to the card front. Layer dimensionals on the back of the watermelon slices and offset from the frame.
Stamp the sentiment in Versamark Ink on a scrap of Basic Black cardstock and heat emboss with White Embossing Powder. Adhere to the front of the card.
