Check out this adorable kangaroo with a koala in her pouch for World Wildlife Day, or any day, for that matter. And the Wild About You sentiment is the perfect way to show someone special that you care!
Do you see the texture on the peachy layer? That’s the Stone 3D Embossing Folder that’s part of the free Power of Hope Bundle. The craft bundle is a Level Two reward from Sale-A-Bration. And the peach-colored layer is the Flirty Flamingo brushstroke side of the (also free) Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper. The DSP is a Level One reward available for free with a $50 purchase.

Step by Step Instructions:
- Cut Crumb Cake cardstock to 8 ½” x 5 ½”, and score at 4 ¼” on the long side for the card base. Cut the Lily Impressions DSP to 5 ¼” x 4″ and run through a die cutting machine with the Stone 3D Embossing Folder.
- On a scrap piece of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, stamp the kangaroo image in Saddle Brown Stazon Ink. Using the watercolor pencils and an Aqua Panter, color the kangaroo image with layers of Early Espresso, Cajun Craze and Crushed Curry. I used Basic Gray for the koala. Then I used Coastal Cabana to shade around the outside of the kangaroo, with heavier brushstrokes on the bottom of the image to ground it. Cut out with the largest Stitched Shapes square.
- Stamp the sentiment Wild About You on a scrap piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and fussy cut around the edges.
- Adhere the stone-embossed DSP with Tombow Multipurpose Glue to the Crumb Cake card base.
- Cut a piece of 5/8″ Burlap Ribbon so the ends peek out from behind the square watercolor paper, and angle the ends. Adhere the ribbon with glue dots. Adhere the whole piece at an angle to the DSP layer with Dimensionals.
- Add the sentiment using a Dimensional on the back at the top of the sentiment and a glue dot at the bottom.
