Paper Carrots
It’s almost Easter, so here’s a quick little project to whip up for those Easter baskets.
Cut your DSP to 4″ x 6″. Apply Sticky Strip to one long side and roll into a tube. Apply Sticky Strip along one edge inside tube. Seal shut. Cut Old Olive card stock to 1 3/4″ x 5″. Using Stampin’ Trimmer, cut strips varying in width from 1/16″ to 1/8″, being careful to leave about 1/4″ on one short end uncut. Apply Sticky Strip to both sides of uncut short edge. [Note: If you want to put little trinkets inside, now is the time to do it.] Insert the cut fringe into open end of tube, seal shut pressing it closed the opposite way of the first sealed end. Curl the fringe in different directions, and trim a few pieces to differing lengths. Happy Easter!
